Senior Pastor - Jeff Yates
Pastor Jeff is married to his wife of five years, Beth Yates. They live together in Delta, with their three girls, Ella, Anna, and Ava. Pastor graduated from Taylor University-Fort Wayne with a degree in Pastoral Ministry in 2005, and Jeff and his family accepted the call to be Pastor here at Swan Creek church in the fall of 2006. Jeff and Beth both have a strong desire to help people of all ages grow closer to Jesus Christ.
Worship Leader - Heather Smith
Heather has been leading worship at Swan Creek Community Church for several years after having attended and being part of the worship team since she was a teenager. Her heart is to see others drawn to God through music and to see Him glorified through our singing, playing, and everyday actions. Heather enjoys a wide variety of worship styles from classic hymns to contemporary worship songs and she tries to incorporate that variety each Sunday. Psalm 96:8-10
8 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name;bring an offering and come into his courts.
9 Worship the LORD in the splendor of his[a] holiness;
tremble before him, all the earth.
10 Say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.”

Youth Director - Josh Green
Josh and his wife, Heather, live in Wauseon and have a son, Joseph. Josh is a graduate of Pike - Delta - York High School and The Acquire the Fire Honor Academy. We added Josh as Youth Director in 2005, and he has shown his passion for helping teens grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and his mean guitar skills ever since.
Children's Director - Jenn Curtis
Jenn Curtis was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and came to know Christ at a young age, where her and her family was drawn through the church doors through a church preschool. She attended Taylor University Fort Wayne, where she studied Social Work. At 19, she accepted the call into full-time ministry and hasn’t looked back since! She worked as a Children’s Ministry Director in Indianapolis, IN, in charge of ministries for children from birth to 5thgrade. In 2009, she felt God calling her to move once again and was blessed to find Him calling her to Swan Creek Community Church as the Children’s Director. When Jenn isn’t around Swan Creek, you can find her at Sunny Day Preschool where she serves in the capacity as Teacher and Co-Administrator. Jenn is very passionate about helping to build a firm foundation in God for children and loves sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the littlest of hearts. She feels incredible blessed to be given the chance to serve with Swan Creek Community Church.
